Museum Quality Glass (Poem)

Museum Quality Glass

Dark corners are best
Only observed
Collecting dust and stuff
like relics in museums

I saw the Hope Diamond
Behind glass
Yet its glistening brilliance
Failed me
Unlike a discovery
In a back roads
shack. A dirty window cracked
A piece that has stories
And hallowed enough
To be photographed and left
untouched.
