And film was
precious;
Requiring a trek
And cash or check.
36 exposures seemed
like one thousand
Years – until it
was developed -
While two weeks
passed at the lab
And then another
trek
Only to open the
envelope
To find perhaps
Ten photos to keep
But,
That was before
Instagram
